So, last week i had a rude shock when i got down there and attempted to crank out some sets of simple press-ups , push-ups to some. In week 2 of my January health reset my plan was to continue with the several days of fasting, 3 this week, and add in some longer and harder exercise – in brief either 2 sessions out hiking while carrying a heavier load and then an increasing number of press-ups…

Kid breaks 6 world records by doing 3,202 Consecutive Press-ups
A 5-year-old kid from Chechen Republic broke six world records after a marathon session of 3,202 press-ups. Rakhim Kurayev completed 1,000 press-ups in only 40 minutes 57 seconds and 2,000 press-ups in 1 hour 30 minutes to get his name in the world record books.
The kindergarten student, who performed total 3,202 consecutive press-ups, won a Mercedes and a trip to a toy shop for his performance. A prior attempt when Rakhim had managed 4,105 restless push ups in 2 hours 25 minutes was not accounted, because of the issues with video film of the achievement, reports.
