This may be a common idea, using a keyboard as a thumbnail, this is the first one I have noticed - I think the green pops and it is a really interesting way to present “about us”. I spotted this doing research for my DMS essay on problem gambling Ireland. And I think it makes the organisation seem approachable - and reduces a barrier to access in terms of getting in touch. If it was on my website I’d have the image hyperlinked so I could monitor its clicks in analytics to see how many it gets! I think it works like the red button used in psychological experiments - you just want to press it.
