Ingredients: 2 cups jasmine rice. 2 1/2 cups water. 1 tablespoon vegetable oil. 1/2 teaspoon salt.
Instructions: Rinse the jasmine rice under cold water until the water runs clear. In the pressure cooker, combine the rinsed rice, water, vegetable oil, and salt. Close and lock the lid of the pressure cooker. Set the valve to the sealing position. Cook on high pressure for 3 minutes. Once the cooking time is complete, allow for a natural pressure release for 10 minutes. Carefully release any remaining pressure, and open the lid. Fluff the rice with a fork, and let it sit uncovered for a few minutes to dry out slightly. Serve the perfect jasmine rice and enjoy!
