Do you have a Baby Lock Presto II that is doing something weird with the stitch width or needle position?
You bought your fancy new machine and now your decorative stitches look weird, it won't zigzag, and it won't change the needle position? Or you're trying to sew with the start/stop button on the front and the screen keeps displaying e08?
Tap this button and see if everything suddenly gets better.
This machine has a slider on the front. Under normal situations, the slider controls the maximum speed on the machine. When you press the button, you activate a setting where the slider on the front controls needle position or zigzag width. This setting overrules all other position/width settings, so it will affect your straight stitch, your decorative stitches, and your zigzag stitches. It also will not allow you to use your start/stop button, because that setting needs the speed control to operate normally, and activating this setting deactivates your speed control.
Anyway, due to a bizarre sampling error, I've had to fix this problem for people five times in the last two days, so it's my responsibility as a person with a blog to get the info out there.
