Big Distraction || Eli
Bianca was already growing tired of seeing Imogen and Jake back together. She couldn't really specify why their relationship bugged her so much. She didn't think it was jealousy she felt (at least she hoped to God it wasn't). Maybe she was just beyond irritated that a jerk like Jake deserved to be with someone as sweet and beautiful as Imogen. If that was how the world worked, then would the shitty people in this world never have to face justice? What would that mean for Bianca? That Vince could continue to get away with treating her like dirt?
She shook her head, standing up from her bed. Whatever the case may be, she knew she needed to get rid of all of these thoughts. She needed something to distract her, and Eli Goldsworthy seemed like just the man to do the trick. Sure, she had a rule about one-night stands considering she couldn't afford to have a fling amount to something, but maybe they wouldn't do anything. Maybe they really would just talk, although she wouldn't know what to talk about.
Bianca changed out of her sweats and into tight jeans and a plain white shirt that cut off just as it reached her belly button. She didn't bother doing anything with her hair or fixing her make up; it would be dark out anyway. He wouldn't be able to see her that well. She didn't glance over at Imogen as she got down on her knees, peering under her bed and snatching the small white lighter she hid there. She stuffed it in her back pocket hurriedly and grabbed the last bottle of tequila she had. Standing up, Bianca pulled on her ankle boots and left the room, trying to remember the way to the roof. She tiptoed around until she reached the stairs and quietly made her way up.
Pushing the door to the roof open, she spied the pile of ash that once was the bonfire she and Imogen had created to roast marshmallows in. Smirking, Bianca sat herself down near the edge of the roof, swinging her legs over and peering down. She wondered briefly what would happen if she jumped. Would she feel free if she was just...gone? In the moments of free fall, would she experience bliss at knowing her dreadful life was almost done? Absentmindedly, Bianca pulled the lighter out of her back pocket, playing with the flint as her thoughts continued to wander and holding the bottle of tequila in her other hand, waiting for Eli to show up.
