I hesitated at first because my body is so sore aftr the monday workout but wait, you wuss its too early to give up.so after mga pila ka kasaba sa sarili, i did it!!!ha ha.. Not within the given timeframe tho but i did all of the reps.not sure if i can still walk properly tom.lol...need to stretch more or maybe i should try foam rolling they say it helps with soreness.
