i’m sure Zen and V (and their muns) would still love to be your friends regardless! you both aren’t annoying and i’m certain that they don’t think you are either~
sure there are many people wanting to befriend them, but they love all of you. they wouldn’t mind befriending you two i’m sure! ]]
So I was listening to the “Yuri on Ice Theme” a few days ago and thought, “This would be a great Waltz song.” And next thing I know, one thing led to another and this story happened. I want to thank @blackspringrising for encouraging me to write this because to be honest, I really wasn’t all that confident but having someone tell you that they want to read your story really brings a person up. Also thank you @prettynotfamous and @photographingv for being so freaking adorable and giving me this idea! I loved typing this(even if it’s no good) Hope you peeps like it :)
V still wasn’t used to the blur of colors that go speeding by him as Zen turns the handle of his motorcycle to speed up. “You doing okay back there?” Zen called out as he felt his boyfriend’s grip go tighter around his waist. Even though he yelled so loud, V almost didn’t hear him behind his helmet and the roaring of the motorcycles engine. He nods against Zen’s back. Hyun smiles and places one of his hands over Jihyun’s as he yells back, “Don’t worry, were almost there. Just hang on a little longer.” He had no idea where Hyun was taking them. He said he wanted it to be a surprise. They’ve been riding for almost a half hour and V grew more anxious each mile they pasted. After a couple more miles, the blur of colors changed dramatically. What before was clouds of white, grey and other random array of bright colors was now a dark almost gloomy scenery even with the evening sun blaring. Yet at the same time, it seemed peaceful, if not for the sound of the bike. Finally, they came rolling to a stop. V took his helmet off and looked around the best he could. All he could make out was what might be a light path that led into the dark scenery he saw before. Zen guided him carefully along the path to where he wanted them to be. “Okay, I want you to close your eyes,” Hyun told him after walking for a bit. V gave him a side grin and said, “You do realize I’m mostly blind, right?”
“Mostly, not completely, now close them,” he commanded as he placed his hand over Jihyun’s eyes. He did as he was told as Zen continued to navigate him though the darkness. The more they walked, the more V begin to hear them approach a more open area. The sound of the wind whistling between the trees grew louder and he could feel it’s spring coolness brush against his cheeks. Zen tensed up with excitement as they walked closer, he has been planning the trip here for a while but just didn’t see the right time to take him, until now. With the most important day of their lives tomorrow, he just knew that he had to take Jihyun here. Jihyun kept checking preparations for tomorrow all morning and Hyun thought that he could use some kind of distraction and encouragement to not stress himself out. Finally, they reached the clearing of the trees and Zen smirked as he told V, “Okay, I’m going to count to three then you can open your eyes.” V nodded. “One……. two……. THREE!” Zen took his hand off Jihyun’s eyes as they fluttered open from the sudden light and almost gasp in surprise to the scene before him.
An explosion of pink and white colors filled the small open field from a single large bloom in the middle. The smell of floral was in the air and whenever the wind picked up even a little, the field looked like it was alive with colors flying about from the ground-up. V couldn’t believe what he was seeing, or partially seeing. He desperately wished he had his camera. “It’s my secret place. I wanted to wait before taking you here but I grew impatient. Almost as beautiful as me, right?” Hyunn asked him as he took V’s hand. “So this is the famous secret base that you run to,” Jihyun said.
“I wouldn’t put it like that exactly but pretty much,” Zen said sarcastically, “I didn’t bring you here only so we could gawk at the beautiful scenery though, since you already get to do that every day at home with me. I wanted you to help me practice for my next show.”
“I’d be glad to help you Love, but I don’t think I will be much help with reciting lines since I don’t know your show. Also I’m no actor.”
“Don’t worry babe, you won’t have to. We’re dancing,” as Zen told Jihyun, he slowly led him under the Cherry Blossom tree. V was hesitant but followed him while complaining, “That’s no better. I was never that good at dancing and I must be even worse now. I’ll just step on your feet.” Hyunn turned back and smiled as he told him, “Even if you step on my feet, I heal crazy fast so there will be no harm done. You know how to waltz right?”
“A little bit, it has been a long while since I last had to learn the waltz. I think Jumin is the one who taught me.”
“You’re telling me Jerkmin knows how to dance? I guess I should have known better coming from the chairman’s son. Probably had some private tutor teach him.”
“Kind of, it turned out to be one of his father’s girlfriends but Jumin didn’t know that until after the lessons.”
“Well, enough about him,” Zen brushed off the subject and bowed down while still holding V’s hand and said, “May I have this dance?” V blushed a little replying, “but there’s no music.” Hyunn kissed V’s hand and told him, “We can dance to the music of Love.” Jihyun gave a small laugh, “Honey, I love you and you have said a lot of cliché things to me, but I have to say that that goes near the top of them.” Zen pouted, “So you won’t dance with me?” Jihyun just couldn’t resist Zen’s ruby puppy dog eyes. He laughed again and pulled Hyunn’s hand up to kiss it, replying, “Alright, you shall have this dance, Hyunn.” Zen smiled and pulled V closer to him, placing his right hand on V’s back while V placed his on Zen’s shoulder. They started by stepping right and making a box with their feet, taking an extra little step together when they got to the corners. They started slow so that V could get used to the steps. Just as V predicted, he stepped on Zen’s foot every once in a while but Zen didn’t even flinch and just smiled telling him it’s alright and went back to dancing. After a while, he had the hang of it again and they were able to go at a faster pace. Even without the music, they still managed to stay on tempo with one another, each taking their next step at the same time. The scene looked like something out of a fairy tale. The cherry blossoms on the ground fluttered up with each step they took and when Zen would spin V around, they whipped around him as well as if it were the bottom of a flower dress. The both of them smiled at one another, staring into each other’s eyes. Hyunn loved Jiyunn’s turquoise eyes. He didn’t want to bring it up since he was hoping to take the stress off V, but he had to ask.
“Are you still nervous about tomorrow?" Zen asked. V frowned a little but didn’t stop. “I’m sorry, was I worrying you?” V asked as well. Zen kissed his head and told him, “Don’t be sorry, it’s natural that you are nervous. I just hoped that seeing this scenery and having the thought of seeing it again after your vision is back might cheer you up a bit.” Zen knew that Jihyun was nervous about the surgery ever since seeing him at the ophthalmologist office. Even with the chances so low of something going bad, anyone would be worried. Even for a split moment, Hyunn even worried that V was starting to regret to agreeing to the surgery. He has been denying the offer for years to the point that they got this bad. Even his own best friend couldn’t convince him. Jihyun believes that it was his punishment, that he deserved it for all that he’s done to Rika, to his best friend, and the rest of RFA. Yet something made V change his mind after knowing his feeling for the actor. But if something happens to go wrong…Zen didn’t even want to think about it. But behind all the nervousness, Zen couldn’t wait until tomorrow when he could see behind the fog in V’s eyes again. Even with the haze over them, they still looked straight at Hyunn with beautiful ocean colors and he desperately wanted to see those colors clear. “Even though I’m going to make sure my handsome face is the first thing you see right after surgery. I also want to take you back here so that you can enjoy the full scenery. Plus, we can bring Miso with us next time too, I’m sure he’ll have a great time running around here,” Zen said. Jihyun smiled at the thought of the husky pup running in the field trying to catch the blossoms as they fly up. The two slowed their dance and stopped straight under the tree.
V looked up at the cherry blossoms above him and laughed at his own thoughts. Zen tilted his head in confusion and asked, “What do you find so funny?”
“I was just thinking that I really want to bring my camera next time as well so that I can take a photo up there. I feel like it would be a great shot.”
“Are you going to take another surprise shot of me up there?”
“It wouldn’t be much of a surprise if I told you, would it?” V teased while turning back to Hyunn’s face. Remembering the moment that he fell in love with the man in front of him, Zen pulled V closer and whispered in his ear, “No matter how many moments like this or that pass, I will always be there to love you, no matter what.” Zen turned his head and planted a kiss on V’s warm neck. He pulled away to see the blushed look of his boyfriend and laughed. Jihyun didn’t get mad, instead he leaned in and placed his lips softly on Hyun’s. He was only shocked for a split second before returning the kiss, deepening it. The two held each other close, lost in their own world. After a few moments, they separated to catch their breaths. V was first to speak after the silence, “Hyun, thank you. For cheering me up today, for all the times you’ve brought me up when things were dark, for encouraging me and for loving me. I love you and I hope that after tomorrow, no matter what happens, I want to come back here with you. So that we can keep making memories like today and the day in the tree.” Zen laughed and gave V a quick kiss before replying, “Of course Jihyun, it’s a promise.”
[[because i’m impatient as hell i’ll just post this anyways lol.
it’s about Zen and V~ (specifically the mm rp blogs according to my dream)
i didn’t write this in a very detailed way because this whole thing is more of me just explaining it rather than telling it as if it was a book or something aha, sorry!]]
Zen was the god/king of the red supergiant UY Scuti, V was the god/king of the moon Ganymede, and i was the prince of my zodiac sign's brightest star in its constellation - Beta Cancri.
a relationship between a sun and a moon was looked down upon by many of the other stars and planets, but V and Zen didn't mind that, so they stayed in a relationship. all the others were rude and hateful about it though; there were many interstellar wars between those who supported it and those who didn't. it was always a tie however - there was never a time in which one side won over the other. (Zen was the largest currently known star in our galaxy, V being the largest/most massive moon of Jupiter and in the solar system, so of course their relationship was a big deal.)
that was until one day in which a higher/more stronger race came through a white hole(reverse black hole???) and declared war on our entire universe. they had claimed that they needed to use Miso, the "prince" of the star Sirius, for his power. V and Zen wouldn't let that happen though, since both of them and Miso were all very close to each other. he was like their "child" in a way lol it was cute.
anyways, due to their refusal, the god of the higher race/alternate universe "cracked" our own universe, causing all of the stars and planets to fall out of place whilst forming random black holes everywhere. the god of his alternate universe split all of the princes/princesses of every brightest star - which damaged our universe severely. me and the others were all thrown out of place as i said before.
after the damage was done, the god of his alternate universe was nowhere to be seen (he went somewhere else i assume) but...there weren't any visible stars. it was just pitch black. i couldn't find my constellation or my star - nobody could, which was really bad. all of the princes/princesses gain their powers/energy from their star, and if their star is gone(or not on them; their stars are a part of their souls, but the god took it away), then they will slowly lose their powers/energy and die.
back to V and Zen: in the midst of V's confusion and Zen's frustration, i somehow found my way to them?? since i was the prince of the brightest star in my constellation, i was important to them, so they both took me with them on their adventure to find all of the stars again. albeit i was slowly dying like the rest of the other princes/princesses out there - and i only had so much time left, so finding my star was crucial at the moment. however, no matter how many planets we searched through, we couldn't ever find my star. we found everyone else's stars, but not mine.
my body was slowly turning into stardust, the glow above my "heart" in which my star would've been was fading away too fast at this point, but there was still one more planet we didn't go to yet. over the timespan i spent with V and Zen, we grew fairly close, so they both were more worried than before. the other stars that we found were now cheering us on and apologizing for being so rude about V's relationship with Zen; now, they all stood with them.
here we all are now in this dark, broken down castle trying to find my star. we searched everywhere but to no avail, until...we all walked into a bigger room in the castle. the floor was a circular black and white checkered pattern, the walls were black with cracks and broken picture frames and dead flowers rotting away. the former ceiling was still kind of there, but the floor was broken and bits of it had fallen onto the floor we stood on.
as we looked over the now-broken down ceiling, the other god appeared before us. i can't recall what he said because his voice was distorted/static-y, but he held out my star (which its glow was fading and it was cracking) and simply cackled at us. Zen shouted at him - saying how this universe belonged to all of us, and not him(the god). it only caused him to chuckle even more though - he just stared down at us.
he was pitch black, much like the castle. all we could see was his white eyes and that growing smirk on his face. his body was a silhouette, but we still couldn't see much of him.
"You won't be able to save your friend as long as you don't have his star. What a shame. If you really want it back, you'll have to come and get it."
i remember he said.
Zen was about to say something spiteful in return, but then all of the stars of our universe caught his attention. they all began shining brighter, the princes and princesses storing up their energy to team up with us against the god. both Zen and V smiled blissfully at this, and they got ready to defend their universe too.
i was going to do so as well with what little power i had left until--
Look, you're not annoying anyone. I for one, have always loved your blog and everything you post on it, and if people didn't, they wouldn't be following this blog to begin with. You are appreciated and all of us, including V and Zen and everyone else, wants you to stay with us. It's ok if you choose to ignore this, but please don't forget how much you mean to everyone. Even though it's easy to forget and ignore, a lot of people only want the best for you. I hope you'll feel better soon.
[[...thank you, this seriously means a lot to me. i'll keep this in mind.;]]
You're pathetic. Zen and V are probably lying to you. They don't care. Why would they? You're just an annoying little kid. Grow the fuck up. They never liked you, stop lying to yourself. Lolol.
[[I…
You’re wrong.
They do care… I don’t think they’d lie about that. They are always there for me when I need it - even if it’s for something small. They let me talk to them if I just need a distraction. They let me tell them stupid stories of shit I did when I was younger.
They never tell me I’m a bother.
In fact, V told me a few hours ago: “You’re not being annoying, and it’s not a bother. We like talking to you, and we will of course defend you from such rude anons.”
Zen told me, “You’re my friend. Please don’t ever let some nasty anon make you doubt that.”
I don’t think they’d lie about something like that.
They do like me. I am their friend, just as they are my friends as well.
