mardra stood outside milo’s apartment, her palms beginning to sweat as she practiced what to say in her head for the hundredth time. then again, she was sure that the moment she saw him, her mind would go blank. it wasn’t even something bad, it was just something she wanted to tell him. they hadn’t planned on seeing each other that day, but she couldn’t seem to go without him. he was more than someone she liked, he was her comfort, the person she wanted to tell everything to, the first thought she had in the morning and the last thought before bed. taking a deep breath, she knocked on his door, shaking her hands out as she waited for him to appear.
