The fact that performative outrage over pedophilia does nothing to protect children and the reality that the majority of offences against children are committed by non paraphiles is information integral to actually protecting children. However, these two points are almost always espoused by actual pedophiles so I guess we're stuck in this hell forever.

Biblical heaven/hell is an invention by a group of people who's only conceptualization of justice is post hoc punitive measures that do nothing to change or improve the lives of those who suffered the injustices perpetrated by those who transgressed or to prevent further transgressions in the future. So is the US prison industry. Funny how both are upheld by the same ideological demographics isn't it?
