But actually
How many times will I have to learn about photosynthesis, glycolysis, the citric acid cycle and oxidative phosphorylation for a class??! And how many times will I attempt to learn it but never completely understand it??!

I don't think people understand how emotionally and physically exhausting my job is. Technician assistants have to do all the dirty work. I barely have enough energy to think after work.
all that restraining, cleaning, and tpr-ing has my body on shutdown.
CAL POLY SLO VS. CSUCI (PART III)
Cal State, Channel Islands PROS & CONS
PROS:
Closer to home = no paying for housing/rent
I have a job
I'll have my own transportation to get around
Comfortability
Saving $$ for vet school.
I'll still be getting my BS done in the same amount of time as SLO, but for cheaper.
The only expenses I'll have to worry about is tuition and excess fees.
Semester system= more time for me to understand the information
CONS:
Lack of availability for experience/volunteer areas that don't look at your previous experience to bring you on board.
Less independence
Less privacy
Once again, the pros outweigh the cons, but this time it feels that the cons are something that will just have to be sacrificed (except the experience/volunteer hours, I'll need that for sure).
ugh decisions, decisions.
CAL POLY SLO VS CSUCI (PART II)
CAL POLY SLO: PROS & CONS
PROS:
Experience!! "Learn by doing" is the most amazing motto and school could have
San Luis Obispo is an amazing city.
The people here are super nice!
Advisors/teachers in the animal science program are very helpful.
Independence
CONS:
Expensive.
No car.
Expensive
No job.
Expensive
Expensive.
The pros outweigh the cons.. but $$ is a big issue in my family. I don't want to stress them out, especially since I know I have to take out loans for vet school. Back home, I have a job, I don't have to pay rent, I can still get a BS in a major that will benefit me for vet school, I can save so much money to offset the debt.
Experience VS Expenses.
merp merp. womp.
