30 Days of Pride: "Day 13"

Sorry guys, spaced for a couple days! 13. Are your religious? Why or why not? I'm a religion scholar. I'm also very religious. Through my whole life I've been guided by Allah ta'ala al-Hadi, and I try not to question the choices He makes for me, even through tears. And before someone jumps down my throats that I'm not religious because I'm on the LGBT+ spectrum and they think I'm disobeying Allah subhana w ta'ala... Allah al-Khaliq created me as I am, sexual and romantic orientations and all. I pray and pray for guidance and the answer has been the same - keep going. This is my Jihad, and just because you don't like or understand what Allah ta'ala has instructed me to do doesn't mean it's wrong. I've got full tawakkul (faith in the Plan of Allah) and don't intend to stray from that. Allahu alam. (Sorry I know that's super defensive but the amount of times I've had to type this... Astaghfirullah.)
