Anon, cultural appropriation is when white ppl think something is cool that PoC do, use it for themselves, but then turn around & persecute PoC for doing that thing. So, yes, dreads on white ppl is cultural appropriation bc natural black hair = "unprofesh" "dirty" etc & white "dreads" = "spiritual" "hippie" "awesome" "unusual" Google Rhonda Lee, a woman of color who was fired for having her natural hair
