General Background and Physical Description:
A man who is currently working as a part time swimming as he is taking a break from his singing career for a short period of time to rediscover his home town. He did this for some personal reasons, as his father and mother are divorcing after a 20 year marriage, much to both Sebastions and his sibling’s surprise. He has maintained some contact with old friends, and love has started to bud between him and one of his closest confidants despite him not being around for 4 years. His lower body is a powerful tail like most Primarina, and his upper body is very strong due to his powerful swimming mussels. Given that he can’t get out of the water and that his town is close to the coast, an underwater and terrestrial community exists. The terrestrial homes have two kinds of doors, normal ones and ones situated in the floor as the houses are built so they rest slightly above the water. The house he lives in is actually a dual house with an underwater section and an above water section because of his terrestrial roommates. For short periods of time he can be on land, though he much prefers the water due to him feeling weird flopping on land. He finds it both hard and amusing to start a relationship with a ‘landy’, though he will say it is well worth the effort. Other than this he is a very jovial man to be around, being the life of the party in certain cases and a much needed second opinion in others. He does not anger easily, and is very mild mannered though certain things do piss him off like talking about how he moves on land. Oddly his long hair is most often tied into a bun when he is not on stage, so he typically surprises people with how long it is.
