The original source of the image is unknown, but it is speculated to be part of the 2005 Tezuka Osamu Nengajyo Sozaishu CD-ROM with a Tezuka Productions clip art collection. A higher quality version of the image is not available online.
The "Tezuka Star System" is a cast of characters that appear in multiple stories that Osamu Tezuka wrote, similar to real life actors that appear in various movies, TV shows, etc.
