My Thoughts: If you haven’t heard I had never tried a BareMinerals products before I received this as a gift. I always wanted to try some of their products, but I am not that big into powder texture makeup. I also didn’t want to spend that much money and take a gamble. If I knew about these kits I would have purchase it. This kit has BareMinerals best selling products. My sister-in-law gave me this for Christmas 2015.
I didn’t like every product that came with this kit. I didn’t understand how a couple of these products are consider best sellers. Especially using this kit all together. When I would use everything together my makeup finished looked blotchy and ashy. I primarily blame everything on the primer. The products are best used individually and not all on one look. But regardless which way you use it, the mascara is pure shit. The lip gloss is okay but I could live without it.
The superstar of the kit is the mineral veil because its perfection. The blush is my second favorite because it can be built up and last forever. The eyeshadow is my third because it so pigmented. Lastly is the lipstick because its natural shade. However this kit is seriously lacking a bronzer and eyeliner. I guess I can’t have everything I want in this kit. But I will still try another kit sometime in the future because loving 4 out of 7 product isn’t that bad of a gamble.
