Hey, it’s Texture Tuesday! Let’s talk about the @tartecosmetics Basetape! This hydrating primer is milky sort of like a lotion. The formula really reminds me of the #Smashbox Primerizer just a bit on the slightly thicker side. I feel like i need a larger amount of product than the thinner formula of the #Primerizer despite that, the #BaseTape is very hydrating. . .
