The only one of these i didn't enjoy is the maybelline glass spray will make you look greasy and breakup your makeup. Healthy protein pancakes these are blueberry lemon flavor but you can change it up. Made in a blender with a ripe banana, 3 eggs, 1 cup oats, a pinch of salt, 2 tsps of baking powder , 2 TBSP of protein powder (I used vanilla) and a squeeze of lemon juice. Blend until smooth and pour by 1/3 cup into a greased nonstick pan on low medium heat. After I pour my batter i add the blueberries. Cook 2-3 mins per side makes 6. Top with a dallop of greek yogurt. These are the best one and done shadows on my collection, as you can tell most have at least a sheen and thats because I enjoy an almost glossy looking lid. The always on cream shadows and the perfect base to keep them from creasing and wearing away. It has a small handful of kale and spinach , pineapple slice , 3 mandarins , 1/3 cucumber, 1/2 avocado, 1/2cup mango , thumb of ginger and a TBSP of chia seeds , add water or milk of choice.
