This looks interesting. It has Tim Rozon (Doc Holliday in ‘Wynonna Earp’ in. I don’t know if that means he plays that character in it because I haven’t watched it yet.

CASTING SPOILER [ #Arrow season 3, episode 1 "The Calm"] Primo Allon has been cast as a possible DC villain called Osbourne. Osbourne can be linked to the comics 'Gregory Osborne', who is described as "a CIA Agent encountered by Green Arrow during his time in Seattle. Osborne first comes into conflict with Green Arrow after forming an alliance with shipping magnate Kyle Magnor, who secretly runs a drug trafficking operation." Source: Spoilerguide.com
PRIMO ALLON CASTED AS OSBORNE IN #ARROW EP 3x01 "THE CALM" WHO IS GREGORY OSBORNE IN THE COMICS? Greg Osborne was a corrupt CIA agent who came into conflict with Green Arrow several times. His crimes included drug trafficking to fund missions not sanctioned by the United States government. The last of these was when he blackmailed Green Arrow into tracking down the assassin Shado and used connections in the Yakuza to make sure the job got done. He is arrested by the FBI and sent to prison, where it is implied he will be murdered by Yakuza. After this, he is not heard of again for years, but he eventually resurfaces, brainwashing Arsenal into assassinating Green Arrow, and using his daughter, Lian as leverage. However, Arsenal eventually breaks free of his indoctrination, and confronts Osborne along with Arrow and Shado. After a tense armed standoff, the three archers kill Osborne and rescue Lian. I presume he will be part of the cast in Hong Kong
