I think the minimum for year 11 here is 12? and the maximum is 14 at my school (although a friend of mine is looking at doing 16 because she is insane and probably hermione granger).
14 units is something like 42 75 minute lessons in two weeks OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT
it is so dumb that different states have completely different schooling systems, it just makes no sense.
