Bhakti Yoga is the Yoga of Devotion and it is a way to express yourself and your personal connection to the Divine. In this training, we will learn about kirtan (devotional singing or chanting) which is one of the most popular Bhakti practices in the world today.
Originating in temples in India, kirtan is now practiced worldwide in many different yoga studios, festivals, etc. This training will give you a foundation to cultivate your own kirtan practice whether you want to lead group kirtans or practice on your own.

When looked upon as a weapon of Shiva, the trishula is said to destroy the three worlds: the physical world, the world of the forefathers (representing culture drawn from the past) and the world of the mind (representing the processes of sensing and acting). I am so excited/proud to announce that the #LOVEISREALSPREADIT MUSIC VIDEO IS NOW OUT!!!
Music was my first passion in life and throughout my childhood I thought of nothing other than being a star. I started to drift away from performing, etc in my early teens and started to get more into fashion, art, etc. Music was always in the back of my mind but I just didn’t know what I would do w it. A couple years ago I started writing music again and now I understand why I took such a long detour. Without all of that experience interning for designers/stylists/photographers, studying fashion+art, exploring different mediums, etc. I never would have been able to fully realize my creative vision. There were other pieces to the puzzle that I had to fill in and because of all those things I now have this video to show for it. Enjoy and please help me spread the love!
