Linzi is graduating actually really soon and I forget that a lot. But I'm just so proud because I know college wasn't really the easiest thing with becoming an adult and just motivation to do stuff in general. But they got really good grades and despite the struggles, she made it here. And even though there's a lot of question about the future, I'm just so proud about what Linzi was able to accomplish

*overhears that sketchy lines in art are bad* *laughs* (plus what kind of art did the person who said that do ?? i think in uni and stuff they do typically want cleaner stuff in your portfolio initially and for animation/graphic stuff then thats absolutely true but. generally speaking ??? nahhhhh)

he was an illustration major if i remember correctly?? I think he said that it was because it didn't look good it didn't look like you knew what you were doing I guess??? 'cause he showed me things from his sketchbook and was like "it's better to just make one clean precise line that all these sketchy ones" 

it was a loooong ass time ago (when I was still in highschool, I turned 17 over the time i was there just to give a reference point) 

during the same college preview they had portfolio reviews and a professional illustrator was one of the people looking through my stuff and he actually really liked everything that I did and said it was above what most people had for portfolios, but for some reason that other guys statement just stuck with me so much????
