Day 5: Flame
Why did Princess Flame get such a radical chance during season 2? Do you have any theories on it?
Officially because they went for a cheaper animation style and apparently tried to have her be "easier" to draw with rougher traits, dunno why they removed her veil and changed her colors tho especially since her dress was still meant to remain pink in season 2 concept art. Now in-universe I just see her as changing her clothing style like other characters had, and her different face and hair color just have to do with the new artstyle changing their design but in-universe season 1 looks like season 2 and season 2 looks like season 1 (if that makes sense)
