also i finally figured out a wonderfully cute non-sappy tag to use for my gf so. go me.
It’s only been a week but I just. I feel so happy???? Since my gf and her friend have moved in. I feel like I finally have a proper home, for the first time in like three years.
Like, idk. For a while I had my sense of “home” attached to my boyfriend, and being able to be around him, so whenever he was gone for a con or whatever I just felt weird and listless and like I had no sense of belonging.
But now it’s like. We’re all here? And working together to have this be comfortable?? And there’s more than one person in this place that cares about me and worries when I’m home late????
And it’s really nice and secure and now I don’t have to make this concept arbitrary anymore, it’s really about the place where I live, and it’s always going to be here because now even if I have a weekend alone (although that’s gonna be rare as fuck) there’s still gonna be a sense of everyone’s togetherness lingering here.
And I hadn’t realized how much not having that contributed to my general state of anxiety.
I’m just. Really happy about that, and glad that it’s come together this way.

wooo all of my dating peeps want to be part of a SPELL campaign together
now the question is do i go ahead and use the worldbuilding for my other campaign with them and save myself some effort, or go whole-hog on two different things at once....
today was a good day
did some book and game thrifting and had a nice dinner and went to a comic shop
had some fun conversations
got a book on celtic mythology and word etymology (except from the cultural perspective not the like language mechanics perspective??? idk how to explain it) and a pathfinder supplement and issue 2 of the gwen stacy spiderverse stuff
(those last two being gifts and i kinda picked up the gwen stacy one because of a misunderstanding? like i asked the guy there and i guess i misunderstood how he was explaining it and i thought it was the first issue because comics numbering can get weird oops)
