The piece depicts the Andromeda galaxy (also known as Messier 31, M31, or NGC 224) and is a spiral galaxy approximately 2.5 million light years from Earth and the nearest major galaxy to the Milky Way. The amount of stars it contains is 1 trillion. Drawn with a 0.1mm Rotring rapidograph at 12" X 12". Needless to say I am happy to reveal this finally, and it will be exhibited later in the year.
