i feel you, it takes ages for the pain to go away! it just hurts everywhere. putting your tongue between your teeth helps to stop tho hahah ikr!!!

i do this too and i don't know how to stop!! and like you don't even realise you're doing it until they hurt :/

It hurts so much. Do you get the pain in your teeth or up where the mandible connects to the jaw? My pain just sits there like this little angry ball of regret.  I try, if I’m conscious of it, to bite my lip instead but by then it’s too late.

Someone help us, we’re too cute to be in pain!
