how bout a pleo fic? when percy teaches leo how to swim?

Leo can’t tell what he likes more. The fact that he’s dangling like a five-year-old over the Canoe Lake where unwelcoming naiads have it ingrained in their brains that FIRE BAD, or the fact that a naked Percy is holding up arms-length over the lake to teach him how to swim so they can romantically skinnydip at 2 in the morning. 

"Your pits are sweating," Percy says. Not in a grossed out voice or anything like that—just to point it out. 

"You were the one who said I’m stanky,” Leo responds. He watches little Leo sway back and forth as it readies to declare war with the naiads. “They’re going to kick me out as soon as I get in there.” 

Apparently Percy is having a fun time swishing and swashing Leo back and forth, and Leo decides it’s because his boyfriend gets to have a good view of his pert ass. “They won’t if you’re with me.” 

"Okay. Correction: They’re going to kick me out as soon as I get in there, and then they’re going to have a giant orgie with you." Leo crosses his arms and can’t tell if he’s turned on or annoyed at the fact that Percy is tickling his armpits. "You better have a kid and name it after me.’ 

"Are you always this annoying?"

"I have a career in being annoying. You’re not looking at my adorable face.” 

"No…but I’m looking at your adorable ass." 

Hm. Point taken. Leo clenches his butt as sexily as he can and decides it’s probably best that he doesn’t. Percy’s laughter makes him blush. “Are you going to teach me how to swim or not?” 

"Well—I usually like having an enabler. Like an evil cyclops flinging you through the air or something." Percy bites back the rest of his laughs and shrugs. "But I guess I’ll just have to throw you myself." 

"How romantic." 

"Ready?" 

"Yes. But I keep telling you that I can sw—" 

"Aim. FIIIIREEE!”
