New Found Love (Lilo Paynlinson) Part Four

The dinner last night went great, Louis loved the cakes that were for dessert later. Louis woke up earlier than he normally did, getting dressed and walking to Liam’s room. He knocked softly on the door, hearing a groan from inside. “Come in!” He heard Liam yell through the door. He walked inside seeing Liam sitting on her bed. “Morning Lou!” Liam spoke giving Louis a bone crushing hug. 

“You want to join Harry, Niall and I down to the town. They go down there to visit their mother, who you met last night!” Louis spoke, rubbing Liam’s shoulder softly. ‘That would be nice.” Liam answered Louis, who gave her a large smile. The two were stopped when they passed the kitchen. The chef handed Liam a basket with a few sweets inside, which she happily took. Louis had his hand wrapped over Liam’s shoulder while they walked down to the town together. 

They spotted Niall and Harry near the port to the town. “It’s Prince Louis.” A few people spoke as Louis gave them a smile. “Anne, Maura lovely to see you again.” Louis spoke as he appeared behind Niall and Harry along with Liam. “NEWS! NEWS!” A familiar voice to Liam yelled running into the town. “JAMIE?” Liam called softly, making the boy turn around and run straight to Liam. “Li!” He spoke sadly, giving her a hug when she crunched down next to him. “What are you doing here?” Liam asked the little boy called Jamie. Louis just stood in the corner watching Liam with the child. “Well I was supposed to go shopping, since that stupid idiot burned down the forest. I miss you, Li.” The boy cried, making Louis and most people that were watching emotional. “You mean the Stevens right? Can you do me a favor?” Liam asked softly, making the boy nod. 

“Take this back home and give it to Ruth or Nicola, I’ll come and pick up Starie. Eagle will follow you back home.Now I bet that trip made you hungry huh? Take this and go and by you something for your growling stomach okay?” Liam spoke softly looking at Jamie once again. He ran of happily, after giving Liam a huge hug. 

“You are really good with kids, who was that?” Anne asked her, which made everyone turn towards her. “Thanks, that was Jamie my village errand boy. Oh the eagle is there to guard him, since I’m from the Eagle village it keep following me.” Liam replied looking at Anne with a large smile. “Also I’m quite fond of Harry’s hair!” Liam added making everyone, but Harry laugh. 

“It’s a good thing Harry.” Louis replied as a bunch of soldiers rode into the village. Louis walked out along with Liam, Niall and Harry stepping in front of the front rider. “Let’s make a deal, if any of you can shoot eight arrows in the middle with eight different distances we will leave, but if not we want that girl.” The man spoke, pointing at Liam. “NO, You will not get my princess.” Louis spoke, looking at Liam who looked shocked. “Why would I go with you when you burned down the forest near my village, Ronnald?” Liam asked the man named Ronnald. “Then someone fight me!” He spoke, Liam quickly took a sword aiming it at him. “Liam what are you doing?” Jamie asked running up to Louis. “Just trust me okay, a bow and an arrow!” Liam spoke, she was handed an arrow and a bow just seconds later. “Wouldn’t want to lose to a girl would you?” Liam teased, making him angry and attacking Liam with the sword. 

Liam attacked him back, seeming to know what she was doing. “oh now I get it, Liam is a musteteer!” Jamie spoke making Louis gasp looking at the girl his mother had pointed out for him. She could actually fight for herself. “I’m not a musketeer, but I did take lessons.” Liam replied, winning the deal.
