is it so hard to take a character who's actually male and put him in a skirt? there's so much art of naegi in a skirt or dress or lingerie, fandom's essentially willing to put literally any character with a penis in a dress. there's no shortage of dudes in dresses

I don't even get why they NEED chihiro to be male anyway, can't they already see themselves in her in a way? she's already obviously confused and torn about what she's supposed to do and think and feel, and that's familiar for a huge majority of us. it kind of seems to me like they're doing the same old sexist "if I'm a BOY I can't possibly relate to a GIRL" routine
