Christmas, celebrated by most of the world even during the hard years of World War Three. After the war, the celebration of Christmas seemed to have more meaning behind what the day came to symbolize for many. The country of Wales became well known for its Christmas celebrations. With so much focus given to the holiday other events during that time tend to be neglected. The second Princess of Wales learned early in life just how easy an important date can be forgotten. In the 28 years, she's been alive not once as her birthday been remembered on the day of her birth. Not that she would complain. The young royal learned a long time ago that things didn't always go the way you wanted and that throwing a fit about wouldn't change anything.
This year the passing of her birthday should have been an easy one. Since she had been sent to Russia just prior to the Christmas holidays. She would get her normal birthday cake, which she would share with her lady-in-waiting. After that, she would let the day pass just like it was any other day. The cake thing didn't work out but Josie made do with a cookie. Now two days later she felt ready to join the real world or rather the little part of the world she found herself in. First, she had to figure out where she put her book. Her search seemed to be futile and Josie thought about giving up but the fact she reached a pivotal point in the story. While on her way towards her bed to look under it a knock came to her door. Pausing in her mission, the Walsh Princess made a quick turn towards her door. Who she found on the other side startled a little. "Steffan! What brings you my door on such a... not so cold day?" She asked, being a little comical about the weather.
