What You Will Do: Develop, improve, and maintain the client’s proprietary platform, including software, databases, cloud infrastructure and APIs, etc. Take responsibility for software testing, including automated tests and manual testing, as required. Handle technical customer queries and support requests. Be available for reasonable support of the platform that you and your team develop, as requested and scheduled by management. Interview customers to draw insights from their use of the platform first-hand. Other duties or responsibilities are required at the discretion of your manager.
