Appreciation post for Principal Bump. He’s strict and his punishments tend to be rather harsh, but when you think about it, it really doesn’t take much to get him to bend the rules. Can a human join a school for witches? She’s a child, of course she should be in school! Can you study multiple tracks? No.... Unless you can provide exactly one reason why it should be allowed. Like, I thought that episode was a little too Happily Ever After with how quickly Bump changed his mind, but this IS the guy who saw Willow practicing plant magic for 30 seconds and immediately changed her track instead of disciplining her. I won‘t be surprised if eventually we are explicitly told that he doesn’t give a damn about the Coven System and only plays along because he wants to keep Hexside open.
