Celine and Damien argue over how to take care of a sick y/n, Darkiplier makes a compromise.

This is a sweet prompt!!

I’m doing ok, still recovering from Covid and 21st birthday celebrations

“Medication and solitude works!”

“No, they need blankets and warm soup!”

Dark rubbed his temples, looking at Y/N with a sigh.

Y/N had fallen sick that morning, and Dark decided to let Celine and Damien choose how to take care of them.

Unfortunately, the twins couldn’t decide which method was better.

Y/N sniffled, pulling their hot water bottle closer to their chest.

“Trust me, what they need is silence and medicine!!” Celine’s voice was piercing, ringing in Dark’s ears and causing him to wince.

“Blankets, hot soup, and a good movie will lift any mood!” Damien’s voice was exasperated; he had been arguing with Celine all morning.

“What about this?” Dark muttered, silencing the siblings.

“Some medicine, a warm blanket, and a movie? A silent movie,” he emphasised, waiting for a response.

“…Fine.”

Dark sat with Y/N, wrapping them in blankets and turning on their favourite movie, smiling as Damien and Celine finally went silent.

Writing prompt: Dark is trying to relax while Celine and Damien are in his subconscious bickering about something dumb (like red or blue is the superior color). Wilford is not helping.

His pen scratched against the paper, knuckles white with the pressure he was putting into writing.

Inside his subconscious, Celine and Damien were arguing, voices causing Dark’s head to pound.

“Obviously, red is superior. It has symbolics in multiple scenarios,” Celine stated, arms crossed.

“Blue is calmer and more pleasing to the eye,” Damien countered, sitting cross-legged on the ground.

“His tie is red,” the seer replied, rolling her eyes.

“You told him to wear that tie!”

“Dark? May we talk?” Wilford looked around the doorframe, watching as Dark sighed and threw his pen down, holding his head in his hands.

“Now is not a good time, Warfstache.” Wil ignored the demon, coming inside and sitting on Dark’s desk.

“Is something wrong?” He asked, looking at Dark with concern.

“Celine and Damien… they’re arguing… it’s too loud,” the demon groaned, shaking his head and running his fingers through his messy hair.

“What are they arguing about now?” The man in the pink moustache asked, eyes bright with amusement. Dark looked up, eyes hopeful that Wilford could solve the argument.

“Which colour is superior? Red or blue?”

Wilford laughed, causing Dark to flinch at the sound.

“Pink!”

“Pink? Pink is a terrible colour!”

“It’s a mixture of red and white, so he’s on my side,” Celine cheered, and Damien stood up in anger.

“He’s just taking your side because you were a couple. If you weren’t part of the argument—”

“If I weren’t here you wouldn’t be having this argument!”

“Wilford.” Dark’s voice was low, threatening.

“Yes?”

“Get out.”

Prompt! JJ goes to see a silent comedy film, but it gets corrupted by Anti into a nightmarish horror

Good one!

The film was supposed to be funny.

A Charlie Chaplin tribute. Someone JJ looked up to.

He’d brought Chase, hoping to make him feel better after weeks of watching over Sean.

The duo sat in the theatre, eyes to the screen.

Scattered chuckles. Occasional gasps.

Suddenly JJ realised the show was less funny than he remembered.

Small glitches began to make their way across the screen, and subtle laughter began to sound around the theatre.

“Damn it,” Chase’s whispered curse paired with the slowly growing green glow of the screen alerted JJ to the fact that someone had corrupted his movie.

Nobody seemed able to move.

The duo watched in silent horror as Charlie began to choke himself, pulling at his facial hair and tearing at his clothes.

What was going on?

As the screen faded to black, a maniacal giggle echoed through the otherwise silent theatre.

“Enjoy the rest of the show…”

I did!!

I wrote a comment about it in the video!

I loved it! It definitely played on the whole “we always replay a tragedy in the hopes that maybe it’ll have a happy ending this time round”

It really felt relatable to me because I love a good tragedy (whether writing it or reading it), just because of the response from an audience wanting it to have a happy ending.

But you can’t alway get a happy ending. That’s not how life works.

I just really loved this game. It had all the elements I enjoy in tragedy, including the audience (Mark) constantly going back to try and change the ending.

I could make a list of all the tragedies that follow that idea of you want?

Sorry, I went on a spiel 😅 In my defence i didn’t get to finish this verbally when I was discussing it with my mum.

In short, I did watch Bad Ending Theatre, I really enjoyed it, I liked that Mark enjoyed it to the point he played around with the voices, and I appreciated its nod to typical tragedies.

Why where you even here?

It’s not like you were here for the date. Mark asked if you wanted to go out, and you said yes because… just talking to him would be good, right?

You barely ate anything on the date (much like Belle during the Be Our Guest section of the 2017 Beauty and the Beast), and then you had to pay for the meal (what meal?)

He took you to a theatre, and after watching the romance (because watching cheesy romances made you feel better about yourself), you decided to watch the horror movie.

Despite the strangeness and familiar nature of the man standing in the void in front of you, you chose to be free… from what?

You killed a man.

This… being, this entity, he was so familiar to you. Had you met him before? Maybe somewhere down several dark alleys? You couldn’t be sure.

But chocolate ice cream was good.

“You made the wrong choice,” he told you, curling his lip in some form of disgust.

“Maybe you chose me because you wanted something more than he could give. Maybe because you know things are wrong. Or maybe you wanted to see me again.”

You shook your head. He was fascinating, sure, but it wasn’t anything to do with romance.

“Ah, so maybe you just wanted a friend,” he tries, and you nod.

Despite the strangeness of his being, he was a better man than Mark.

“If he ever shows up again, just think of me and I will come to rescue you,” he stated.

Standing up, he extended a hand to you.

“I must go. But we shall meet again soon,” he said, darkness surrounding you as you closed your eyes.

When you opened them, you were standing alone on the bridge of a spaceship.

Somehow you knew this was Mark’s doing, so you closed your eyes and called out to the man you would not hesitate to call your friend.

“Y/N, this ship is huge!”

You sighed, maybe this trip wouldn’t be great.

We got to see Illinois again, but definitely not the way we expected! At least we still look handsome and/or beautiful while frozen, still would have been nice to go adventuring with him, maybe in pt 2...

I was getting delirious with the continuous rebooting that I was so grateful for something different! Even if Illinois isn’t my favourite of the egos.

Part 2 is going to be a doozy! It’ll be so fun!

Also Detective Mark kept giving me Illinois vibes. I think it was the confidence.

Saw your request for prompts kinda late, but how about Orion (or any character of your choice) taking care of the Captain after they felt spacesick from all the time warps?

“Here you go.”

Orion sits down in front of you, comforting smile on his face as you take a sip of the warm drink he prepared.

You shiver and smile as warmth floods your body, nodding to him in gratitude.

“It’s no problem, really.”

He stands up, glancing at the view screen before turning back to you.

“So… that device,” he starts, motioning to the device on your wrist, “it doesn’t hurt, does it?”

You shake your head, looking down at the device and swallowing your drink to drown out the bout of nausea.

“Interesting.”

Running a hand through his coloured hair, he hands you a piece of what looks like candy.

“Our cook makes these sweets for spacesickness,” he explains.

“I thought you’d appreciate it.”

You let the candy melt in your mouth, immediately feeling your nausea pass.

“Rest up. We’ll find a way to remove that crystal.” With a smile, Orion turns to leave.

You reach out, grabbing his gloved hand in an attempt to make him stay.

“I have a ship to run, Y/N,” he says, “but just call out and I’ll be right there.” With a pat of your shoulder, he left to continue his duties.

You look around Orion’s quarters, sitting yourself on the bed and laying back.

With everything that had happened, you were grateful Orion had been there to help you.

Your nausea had seemed to suppress itself, so you closed your eyes and listened to the hum of the ship.

You hoped there would be no more time warping, because you enjoyed being here, in this timeline.
