The Remnants Reunion

Emotions did not exist to the superior of nothingness. He was the oldest of the nobodies, the strongest, his heart was cold and calculating even when it resided with him. So why did the very idea of him coming face to face with the blue haired woman from his memories, leave his mind racing. His chest tightened at the idea of her casting him off as cruel, callous. Fists clenched at the idea that anyone could have given her ideas, filled her mind with stories of what he did. The concept of anything having taken her away from him, now that he was one corridor away, one portal from a reunion.
“....So you are still living within me...a remnant...yet enough to make me...care.”
With a gloved hand raised, he called upon the darkness within the city and twisted open the corridor, the energy swirling and claiming him as he moved through the malicious forces to his destination. The darkness would cling to him as he stepped through, mist curling about his robes and attempting to sway his emotions, to trip him up into trapping him in its grasp. But it couldn’t. He had nothing to sway, nothing to trip. Nothing for the darkness to cling to. And as he stepped out of the darkness cloaking his body into the air of sector six, to cast his gaze upon the residence he’d been directed to. Nostalgia crashed into him like a wave on the rocks. It even brought forward a hollow laugh.
“Unable to leave it in the past....you brought your home with you to this land... Aqua...you really should learn to let go.”

“Lady Aqua, yes? By any chance, you practice swordplay, unless I am confusing you with another?”
She’s been looking for someone capable of sparring with her. So far, no luck.

Valentines Day was over, and as the holiday passed, so did his good mood. Ventus didn't pay much to his surroundings, but suddenly he absolutely d r e a d e d going back home. Going back home meant the possibility of facing her, and the mere thought of seeing her face made him feel absolutely ill. When Ventus neared the mansion, subconciously he began to walk slower than before, unaware of the change in his pace as he walked up the steps to the front door.
Ventus stopped right in front of the door, and breathed in deeply. On the off chance he saw Aqua or Terra, he would immediately bolt to his room and lock his door. They were his enemies after all, the two people he despised more than anything! Pushing the door open, he let the door close by itself, flinching slightly as it shut loudly. If Aqua was awake, she would definitely hear that.
Immediately he made his way for the stairs, he wanted to get to his room quickly. But it seemed fate had different things in store for him as once he reached his door, someone had coughed lightly. Ventus turned his head and the breath left his body as he was face to face with Aqua.
❝ Hello. ❞ he said in the most curt voice he could muster.

A letter arrives at your door--it is enclosed in a sturdy, laced envelope with an embroider consisting of gold.
It is directed towards a group of individuals, listing your names and instructs you to attend a disclosed location in Olympia. The sender provides you with a specific time as to when you will be able to access the means of accessing said location.
You don't entirely understand why, but you feel compelled to go. They claim you are the change that city requires. That you will be rewarded for your efforts and that your voice will be heard.
There is a shuttle awaiting you. Aqua and Terra will be employed as both combat/defense instructors and defenders--the rest will also be employed as defenders. All of you will receive a moderate salary to sustain you.
