Silly little prism oc I made about a year ago now ! Maybe worth revisiting the prism concept however-
Do you guys remember when ginganinja/actuallyrea/June made/is still making a magical girl series with well established rules and a well established power system which openly invited people to make OCs?
Well THIS is PAVILION
She's a spokesperson for the institute being like "become a magical girl! fight for what's right! Do what I can do and get paid for it!" (Not well but still paid)
She's umbrella/rain based incase you couldn't tell by the umbrella, umbrella themed skirt, and umbrella word bubble. And can make it rain, and I haven't given her much else to work with because deciding what qualifies as magical-girl plausible is like walking the line from god-marysue-underpowered.
ANYWAY she's cute I like her and i hope you like her too :D
