it’s been a little over a month going into our second half of the year and the talent management division has seen immense growth in production and overall productivity. we’ve been met with a lot of difficulties, what with the consecutive comebacks and also the debut of princess. overall, we’ve powered through and we’ve raised our returns 3.4% in the last month. investment in new talent is sufficient but more staff is needed in vocal training.
i have attached the employee reviews as approved and signed by [ head of the department ].
a few notable performances:
scarlett joo has been consistent with her lessons and have greatly improved her students’ vocal ability. her job well done has greatly increased our talents’ capabilities in recent years. i request a commendation for her hard work.
moon bongki has been one of the top performers of the division ever since he joined the team. he has received overwhelmingly positive reviews with regards to performance from staff and talents alike. i highly recommend a commendation for him as well.
overall, the division is having a steady increase in numbers both in staff and finances. the request for a 5% increase in budget has been submitted and is waiting for approval.
