Roi’s specific sort of object head, does produce natural film inside the cartridge located in his head. The cartridge does empty if he takes multiple photos, but nothing bad will happen if he runs out -- it will usually refill by itself after several hours.

He can, however, purchas extra film at a store as long as they’re able to provide the specific film he needs. Roi always keeps extra film on him on hand, just in case he does run out. It’s not too hard for him to place the film inside his own head either, since he can easily just take off his head, set it down and open the back of his head that has access to his film catrtidge. He’s done it often enough, that he can do it within half a minute.

A healthy catridge doesn’t overproduce film either, and will naturally just fill in the space. However if Roi was sick, for example, his catridge may overproduce film which will cause him to unwillingly dispel the film via coughing or sneezing -- and said film will tend to be kind of floppy, sticky and a bit inky. They’ll also usually come out as blanked photos or as blurred images of whatever Roi was facing at the time of sneezing/coughing. This sort of thing is like a cold or flu for his particular type of object head.

As for bleeding, he does bleed since his body itself is more that of a human -- all fleshy, filled with bones and organs and all that other stuff. However he bleeds a really deep red ink that’s so dark, it’s practically black.
