Sunday morning private art lesson with a new student took place in my backyard. Another white puppy but to be honest, I think light toned subjects are easier because you can concentrate on sculpting the shadow and really learn to “see” the different colors of a shadow and understand why the shadow is where it is. The shadow “hugs”the light is what I usually tell my students.
