man I really hate how everyone is constantly talking about feyres illiteracy and it's always brought up as an argument for why she's clearly stupid and incapable of leading or strategizing or understanding things or thinking intelligently in general. illiteracy doesn't mean any of those things. she just wasn't taught to read, she's shown to be intelligent otherwise throughout the entire series and she picks up reading SO quickly..it was very clearly not a skill issue and just that she was never given the opportunity to learn. even if it was a skill issue my argument is the same, illiteracy for any reason is not an indication of intelligence.
