Was feeling surprisingly good after some snatch work this evening so I decided to test my 1-rep max since it's been almost a year since my last #pr... Hit 205# to see how the bar felt, then went straight for 225#, 235# (miss), and 237# for 22 lb. #prlift. This marks a huge milestone for me, The first time I walked in to @crossfit_626 almost 4 years ago I couldn't even overhead squat an empty barbell. Back then, a 225 lb. Snatch was something I would watch videos of and think to myself "that's an impossible number"...
