Ok, so I did not want to do this because Tumblr is my sacred place and because I prefer my failures not be public. (Funny considering how much you know of my personal life failures.)

Friends and I are starting an occult/metaphysical/witchcraft (pick a word you like) pro blog with a store attached and we need staff. It's going to be starting off at a hobby level in terms of time -- you decide how much you can do, just as long as you do that much.

But we also can't pay you upfront, so starting staff gets an ownership stake. The second we're in the black, so are you.

We are specifically looking for people who know any of the following:

Maybe most importantly we need a social media director and art director.

Doesn't matter how little time you can give us or if you think you're quality isn't good enough -- we can work something out and we've got great editing. And you also have a great deal of creative control over the projects you chose to take on.
