Sitting at a bar in a sort of mall-fancy Mexican place and three people are in a group next to me and here for the same conference. The sales guy with the credit card is tucked into the third margarita that I’ve seen him order and loudly telling a man from Italy (who he knows) that “you shouldn’t cook with olive oil because once you heat it all of the health benefits go away”.
