Who isn't obsessed with HighLighters? This Tarte pro glow palette is everything you could ever want or need in a highlighting palette. It packs major pigment punch in every shade and also includes both a cream and powder contour shade. The color range is perfect for any skin tone and with a subtle hint of cocoa scent it is perfect for boosting your mood! I would give this palette a 4.5 out of 5 stars. I just wish there was a flap over the cream so that powder couldn't transfer during use.
