The new tumblr update is being rolled out gradually and for better or worse, I seem to be amongst the first antis to have gained access to the feature.
Anyway, Pierre is guilty because any violence is STILL VIOLENCE and not excusable :)

Although I am pro Pierre I do believe he is both guilty and innocent, a victim of circumstance, and although we should hold him accountable for his crimes he should still be treated with kindness.
