For my trans masculine and trans man crowd out there who have periods there's a company called Spicywear that makes boxers with an inner fabric section for pads and (I think this is new? I need to check mine again) a section in the front to insert heat packs into. The underwear is advertised for women unfortunately, so if you can't deal with the website having gendered language, this isn't the best option. But for those who can overlook it and want boxers for gender euphoric reasons that also accommodate periods, highly recommend.
