No.
Wanting a society where everyone is treated as an equal is not "a mental disease." Wanting a society which doesn't divide people into the powerful and the powerless, doesn't put some above the law and some beneath it, and doesn't enable those who are above the law to abuse those beneath it, is not "a mental disease."
It would appear that you hate the idea that everyone should be treated as an equal, and you also hate the mentally ill, which would be a moral failure.
