Look, I know that Zelena has done some horrible things in her life. But I truly feel that she’s taking a turn now. When she gave up her child - that was out of pure, innocent, motherly love. I don’t think a scene from OUAT has ever made me cry that much. I know a lot of people hate her for the horrible things she’s done in her past - and I do agree that some things there cannot be forgiven. But I feel like Zelena was taking somewhat of a turn this episode, finally to the good side. When she pointed out to Robin that he was prioritizing someone else over protecting his newborn child, she did have a point despite Robin’s excuse of “setting an example of heroism” But isn’t keeping your child safe heroic as well? Anyway, my overall point is that Zelena’s #1 priority right now is her daughter and no one else, and I really respect that certain aspect of her.
