The future is a constantly changing flux of probability, inspired and construed by the collective observation of reality-based minds in this particular quantum existence. Everything is subject to change, induced by situational probability. As reality changes, the rules have to change accordingly. Never get caught in an evolutionary dead end.
Changes to these rules have to follow The Law of Laws.
Every mind is entitled to its own personal and/or shared reality, as long as this form of respect is maintained universally to all other minds. The responsibility of interacting realities has to be consensual. The responsibility of a shared reality has to be shared.
The goals of the collective reality has to be based on the best probable consequences, acceptable for the collective mind of all reality-based life forms, or the lowest common denominator of all individual goals.
All interference with the reality of others, has to be done, according to The Law of Choice.
No rules herein, no single word or symbol is meant as means to social control. No privilege is to be abused. No responsibility to be taken lightly. Hierarchical position are to be determined by capability. The Law of Choice applies.
All members of the [WEA] are free minds, aware of their responsibility, capable of apprehending probability and estimating consequences; adaptable to changes in reality, or in training to do so.
The [WEA] conceives itself as a tribe. A herd of equal members of a collective stock. The wellbeing of the species, the herds and individuals (whether member or not) are its prime concerns.
All members of the [WEA]are bound to The Law.
What the Whole Earth Agency is:
The [WEA] is a collective of minds that seek and support evolution, knowledge, compassion, peace and happiness.
It is a force of peaceful action. Its means and tools are based on the ideals of achieving the best possible goals for, and with the least amount of harm to, the rest of the Universe.
All members of the [WEA] are trained Agents (or Agents in training) working under The Law.
The [WEA] is considered a flat structural hierarchy, based on competence and responsibility symbolized trough titles. The [WEA] and all its members are bound to The Law.
What the Whole Earth Agency IS NOT:
The [WEA] is no cult, religion or system of believe. It does not follow a discerned political line. No monetary power is pursued.
The [WEA] is not under direct or indirect order or control of any other organization or state.
All hierachial structure is base on the following principle:
