The first 7 issues of Artemis seemed to come out, more or less, once every 2 months, but issue 8 appears to have taken a really really long time to get out. This is because Miss Helen Anne Gilmour, who appeared to be their bank-rolling editor, quit and left St. Bride's. Apparently it was unexpected, although she looked back fondly on the days. Artemis takes on a very different tone for these last handful of issues with Anne Gone. The mysterious "Pixie" takes over, and the tone becomes much more silly and whimsical, but at the same time a lot of very obvious proto-Aristasian ideas start to leak in, and the magazine seems to become "The Romantic" lite.
