Oh! He’s an oc by my friend over at @youlostthesalvage (btw their art and stuff is,,, so good. Huge friend of mine, and I’m a huge fan of their work too so sdfgdfg), your best bet for finding stuff about him would be to search her irving tag!
But in short, he’s an evil psychologist that’s been behind his fair share of experiments that break laws and oaths and whatnot, but he’s a super fun character and he and his twin sister, Zuzu, are both really cool!
I feel like you might be more into Zuzu’s sorta thing, since she’s a scientist that loves tesla coils, strange glowing liquids, making robots and that sorta thing! Plus she’s more affably evil, if memory serves, which is fun!
