Now that my love-goggles are off I’m going to be dedicating this blog to trashing the show I once loved and now hate! It’s been problematic since the beginning and now I can finally call it out. Hit up my Inbox with all the plots/characters the show has ruined!

I feel like the fact that the timeline needs to be explained in an article outside of the storytelling itself by the creators/writers is an issue with said storytelling. I mean, I hope in the last two eps the why behind the time travel is explained (of course I may have missed it in this ep because my livestream sucked like no one’s business) and makes a modicum of sense, but the fact that A&E had to explain it prior to the end of the series is troublesome to me. I know they pulled off decent time travel episodes in season 3, but the weirdness (why, yes, I am being kind) of the last few seasons has me doubting their ability to pull it off a second time. I truly hope I’m wrong, because I’d like to see this series end in a way that doesn’t make me regret watching all of it.

I just read the synopsis for the final episode, and seriously, what the fuck happened to that show. That series should go down in history as the worst writing television has ever known. I mean, I haven't come across a more stupidly composed finale in my entire fucking life.

Dear TVD enthusiasts,

I admit to not having seen S4 of TVD, but after reading about it, I have one question. If Bonnie is the descendant of Qetsiyah and Elena is the descendant of Amara, who the fuck were the babies’ daddies? Like, these weren’t old women, and they weren’t women who existed in a time where they could still be respected for having children out of wedlock, and Amara, from how she’s described, doesn’t seem like she loved anyone else besides Silas before she was desiccated. So, when did these women have time to have children with other men? Is it even mentioned?
